Nokia 6 (2018) to be released in January 2018
According to latest leaks, it is expected that HMD Global is going to release a new version of Nokia 6, the Nokia 6 (2018). First Android Smartphone by HMD was also released in January 2017 and was named as Nokia 6.
The upcoming Nokia 6 (2018) has received the go-ahead certificate from TENAA in China, a mandatory stage for any handset that is going to be released there. Unfortunately, at this point, no pics or specifications were shown by the certificate issuing agency. However, according to some latest leaks in previous days, we can expect to see a 5.5-inches 18:9 ratio touchscreen, 4GB of RAM, the Snapdragon 630 SoC at the belt, 32 GB of storage space, and a dual back camera setup. The fingerprint scanner is expected on its back, which ideally means the bezels can undergo a trimming. It will have small bezels and Touch Buttons are to be on-screen.
The smartphone is rumored to support software-rendered Android navigation buttons. Meanwhile, the Bothie characteristic isn’t going anywhere. The smartphone is expected to feature durable and sturdy build quality.
The phone’s unit number is TA-1054. It will support Dual SIM officially. Its style will evidently be similar to the lately announced Nokia 7. So, 2018 may be the year in which HMD Global finally gets around the ‘tall screen, small bezels’ bandwagon.
